Defeated by Spain’s Valencia 78-71 in the second-week match of Turkish Airlines Euroleague, Anadolu Efes head coach Velimir Perasovic stated his thoughts at the post-game press conference:
"Congratulations to Valencia. They played a better game and deserved this victory. I think that the beginning of the first and third quarters decided the game. We had power to come back after a bad start, but after the third quarter, it was impossible."
