Anadolu Efes Sports Club, which has touched the lives of hundreds of children with the projects it has realized within the scope of One Team, the corporate social responsibility program of Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, will cover the themes of equality in sports and transferring sports culture to the younger generations in the One Team project for the 2022-2023 season. Anadolu Efes, which was selected as the "Europe's Best Social Responsibility Project Team" in 2019 and 2020 by the EuroLeague with the projects it developed in the previous years, carried out the One Team project for the 2022-2023 season; Imagination Center started with the cooperation of ANKA Sports and Anadolu Efes Sports Club Basketball Schools.
The first part of the project, which will cover many different themes from gender equality to a healthy and quality life, and which will last for 8 weeks in total, took place with the participation of 25 children between the ages of 10-16.

The first study of the project was carried out at İSTEK Private Atanur Oğuz Schools. The subject of the first week of the study was “being a team”. 25 children participating in the project from various regions and schools completed the work by playing games with the One Team trainer. Thanks to the games, the participants both had fun and gained new skills.

Imagination Center, founded by young people and children, with the same children on the board of directors, became one of the partners of Anadolu Efes Sports Club's 2022-2023 One Team project. Imagination Center and Anka Spor and Anadolu Efes Sports Club Basketball Schools, which set out with the slogan "For children, with children", became another One Team partner in this meaningful project.

The activities to be carried out within the scope of the project, in which basketball is used as a metaphor, will contribute to the social and personal development of the participating children. As in the previous season, this season's volunteer One Team ambassador will be Erten Gazi. The successful basketball player, who grew up from Anadolu Efes grassroots, will take the field with the participants in the workshop where the certificate ceremony of the project will be held.
In the project, where expert trainers are employed, studies will be focused on teamwork and equality, self-confidence, time management, motivation, respect, problem-solving, decision making and personal responsibilities to support the educational lives of the participants.
