Defeating Olympiacos 91-79 in the 28th-week match of Turkish Airlines Euroleague, and winning at home after a month, Anadolu Efes head coach Ergin Ataman stated his thoughts post-game:
"I was forced to call a time-out at the third minute of the match because we started off softly. Olympiacos was scoring easy shots, then we toughened the force, blocked their route of passing the ball and forced them to tough shots. We raised the tempo and Larkin’s points on an open field and Micic’s well control of the game returned us to our own game. Dunston returned today and he played perfectly. After passing the second and the third quarter with an excellent game, we’ve lost control of the game in the final quarter for about 3-4 minutes but managed to gain control and win an important match with an amazing basketball in the end.”
