While Micic, Beaubois, Elijah, Moerman, and Pleiss were the starting five of our team, our head coach Ergin Ataman took a timeout when the score was 0-7 in the first 1:30 minutes. Our first basket came from Moerman on the return from the time-out. With Pleiss and Micic's under-the-rim shots, our team entered the fifth minute 6-11 behind. Larkin put his name on the score sheet with two three-pointers, we brought the score to 12-14 in the sixth minute. While Larkin continued to contribute with field goals, Micic and Dunston scored points with three three-pointers and we got the lead with 24-22 at the end of the first 10 minutes of the game. We started the second period with Micic's seven points, leading 31-29 into the 15th minute. In the second five-minute part of the period, we hit some three-pointers, one each from Singleton, Larkin, Micic, and Dunston, and we finished the first half of the game ahead 43-36.

We started the second half with Larkin's seventh three-pointer in the game: 46-38. With Micic's four points, we made the score 50-42 in the 23rd minute. We couldn't find a way to score in the next two minutes and we were down 50-51 in the 25th minute. In this section, when the fourth foul was called against Pleiss after Dunston, Petrusev entered the game and scored the basket on his first shot of the night: 52-53. When the score came to 52-58 at 26:30, Ergin Ataman took a time-out. After the timeout, Petrusev, Micic, and Moerman scored a basket each, and we were down 58-62 in the last 10 minutes of the game. Our first points in the final period came from Singleton, behind the three-point line: 61-62. With Beaubois' five points, the score was 66-71 at 34:30. Even though we scored points with Pleiss, Micic, and Singleton in the remaining time, we could not close the gap and we were defeated 74-87.
