Bensu Soral is this year’s volunteering supporter of “The Pink Ball in the Court” project that was organized by the collaboration of Anadolu Medical Center and Anadolu Efes Sports Club. Bensu Soral has thrown the jump ball of the match Anadolu Efes Sports Club versus FC Barcelona with the symbolic Pink Ball on the 4th of October.
The Pink Ball on the Court project was organized for the 6th time to attract attention to the importance of early diagnosis in breast cancer that every 1 out of 8 women is affected. In October, celebrated globally as the "Breast Cancer Awareness" month, the breast cancer early diagnosis symbol project to raise awareness was organized with the collaboration of Anadolu Medical Center and Anadolu Efes Sports Club. The jump ball of the match has been thrown with the symbolic Pink Ball by Bensu Soral this year.
The volunteering supporter of the project, Bensu Soral, stated that she is delighted to remind the importance of early diagnosis once again through The Pink Ball in the Court project and added “Early diagnosis saves lives for the most common cancer type for women, breast cancer, and all women needs is to have a yearly check with the doctor. We make simple but crucial moves for our lives and our health. It is precious for me to be a part of a movement that supports and raises awareness for women to take a step for their health”. Soral added, “I hope that every woman in Turkey will hear our call and have a health-routine of yearly check-up from now on.”
