Tibor Pleiss selected as the best youngest player of the German Basketball League in 2010 and 2011 and signed his name in the best 5 players of German Basketball League in 2011 and 2012. Pleiss has won the German Basketball Cup four times in 2007 with Rhenenergie Köln, 2010, 2011 and 2012 with Brose Bamberg, and won German Basketball League Championship. German player has won the Spanish Super Cup while wearing the Valencia jersey in the last season.

Starting his professional life in 2006 while he was 17 years-old, Tibor Pleiss was wearing the jersey of Germany’s Rheinenergie Köln team for three seasons and then transferred to another German team, Brose Bamberg. After his first year in Bamberg, he was selected by New Jersey Net in NBA Draft at the first round 31st pick. Pleiss wore the jersey of the German team until 2012, then he wore the jersey of Baskonia in his 3-year Spain adventure, and in the last year he wore the jersey of Barcelona. He went to the Utah Jazz team of NBA in the 2015-16 season, then after wore their jersey for 10 games, he went to the NBDL’s Idaho Stampede team. He wore the jersey of Turkey’s Galatasaray team in 2016-17 season, then wore the jersey of Spain’s Valencia in the last season.

Pleiss participated in 24 matches and 18:40 minutes with an average of 9,8 points per game, 6,2 rebounds and 0,6 assists in Spanish League’s Valencia team in the last season.

Pleiss also played in 29 matches with an average of 19:16 minutes, 10,1 points per game, 5,2 rebounds and 0,6 assists in Euroleague.
