Anadolu Efes signed a 1+1-year contract with Chris Singleton who wore the jersey of Spain’s Barcelona team in the previous season. Chris Singleton was born in 1989; he is 2.06 meters tall and plays in power forward position.
While playing for Florida State University in the years between 2008 and 2011, he was selected by Washington Wizards during the NBA Draft. Singleton wore the jersey until the end of the 2013-14 season and headed to China’s Dragons Nanjing team in the season of 2014-15 for his first overseas experience. He was transferred to NBDL’s Oklahoma City Blue team in January 2015, and then he headed to Russia’s Lokomotiv Kuban team in the season of 2015-16. Singleton wore the jersey of Greece’s Panathinaikos team in the season of 2016-17, and after playing here for two seasons, he completed the previous season in Spain’s Barcelona team.
Singleton participated into Greek Cup championship in between the seasons of 2016-17 and 2017-18 with Panathinaikos, and then he participated in the winning the Greek Champion in 2017. While he held the highest PIR at the end of the 2016-17 season of Greek League, Chris Singleton was selected to the best A-Team of the Greek League in 2017 and 2018. The American player participated into winning the Spanish Cup Trophy wearing the Barcelona jersey in the previous season.
Singleton played in 40 matches with the percentage of 24:45 minutes, 9.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 0.8 assists in the previous season in Spanish League.
He played in 35 matches in Euroleague with the percentage of 24.58 minutes, 8.0 points, 4.4 rebounds and 0.9 assists per game.
