Anadolu Efes was the first Turkish participant of Final Four of Turkish Airlines EuroLeague history and repeats the victory for the third time defeating FC Barcelona Lassa 3-2 in the playoff series. Anadolu Efes’s first opponent will be Fenerbahçe Beko for the Final Four matches that will be played on May 17-19 in Vitoria-Gasteiz Spain.
Anadolu Efes finished the normal season with 20 victories and on the 4th row in Turkish Airlines Euroleague and eliminated FC Barcelona Lassa at the 5th match of playoffs meanwhile advancing a place in the Final Four 2019.
While being the hosting team of the playoffs, Anadolu Efes has won the first, third and, the fifth and the final match against FC Barcelona Lassa and all three matches were sold-out. More than 15 thousand fans supported Anadolu Efes in Sinan Erdem Sports Arena and have a great part in Anadolu Efes playing in Final Four.
