Starting the match with Heurtel, Cedi, Diebler, Saric and Dunston, Anadolu Efes was trailing 0-8 past the 3.20 minutes of the match. With Dunston’s free throw followed by Heurtel’s five points, Efes managed to take the lead for the first time in the game: 12-11. After Heurtel responded to the opponent’s field goal with his own, Tyus got the basket from the paint, and Anadolu Efes was trailing 16-17 at the end of the first 10 minutes of the game. Starting the second quarter with Granger’s three point field goal, Anadolu Efes was trailing 21-26 into the 13th minute following Tyus’s field goal. Cutting the lead down to three points with Brown, Efes converted Tyus’s defensive rebound into a three pointer at 15.30 with Furkan, tying the game: 26-26. Allowing a 0-10 scoring run within the next four minutes, Anadolu Efes got a field goal by Heurtel within the final minute, and was trailing 28-38 while heading into the locker room for the halftime.

Starting the second half with Granger’s points from the paint, Efes was trailing 32-40 in the 22nd minute. Following Brown’s field goal and Cedi’s three pointer, Efes was behind 37-47 during the TV timeout in the 25th minute. Trailing 40-49 into the final three minutes of the quarter with Saric’s three pointer after the timeout, Anadolu Efes got four more points by Saric and Granger within the last two minutes, trailing 44-53 while heading into the final quarter. As Tyus scored our first field goal in the final quarter, the score was 46-53 in the 31st minute. While the score was 49-55 in the 32nd minute after Cedi’s three point field goal, Anadolu Efes responded to five points by the opponent with a three pointer by Heurtel: 52-60. Behind 52-63 with 2.40 minutes to play, Anadolu Efes could not reclaim the lead and left the court defeated 61-76.
