Our team started the game with the lineup of Dozier, David Mutaf, Şehmus, Smits and Dessert and our first basket of the game came from Dessert. With the points scored by Dozier and Şehmus, we took a 9-8 lead in the third minute. Thanks to the baskets by David and Cordinier, we extended our advantage to 14-8 by the fifth minute. After going scoreless for the next three minutes, Ercan and Şehmus each scored two points in the last minute of the quarter and we ended the first 10 minutes trailing 22-18. We opened the second period with points from Şehmus and Cordinier and tied the score at 29-29 in the 15th minute. Following Erkan’s spectacular dunk, Cordinier knocked down a three-pointer to make it 34-31 in our favor in the 17th minute. In the final two minutes of the first half, Ercan and Şehmus each scored once and we went into halftime leading 38-36.

We began the second half with one point at the free throw line by Beaubois to make the score 39-36. With baskets from Şehmus and Dozier, we increased the lead to eight points in the 22nd minute and the home team called a timeout: 44-36. After the timeout, we went scoreless for the next three minutes and the score was tied at 44-44 at 24:30. David’s three-pointer put us back in front at 47-44 in the 25th minute. With points from Cordinier and David, the score came to 52-53 at the 28th minute. In the remaining two minutes of the quarter, we scored through Şehmus, Swider and Poirier and entered the final 10 minutes leading 59-54. Our first basket of the final period came from Şehmus and by the 33rd minute we were ahead 61-56. After points from David and Poirier, the score reached 66-61 in the 35th minute. At 38:45, the score turned to 66-71. Beaubois’ three-pointer brought the score to 69-71 in the final minute of the game. In the remaining time, Beaubois added one more point at the free-throw line and we lost the game 75-70.
