Defeated by Beşiktaş Sompo Japan 90-71 in the first semifinal match of Spor Toto Basketbol Super League Play-off, Anadolu Efes head coach Velimir Perasovic stated his thoughts at the post-game press conference:
“First of all, I congratulate Beşiktaş Sompo Japan.They played well today. The key to our lost was the fact that we played bad as a team in the second period. They have had more rebounds than us and they had the victory.”
Anadolu Efes’s successful player Deshaun Thomas also stated his thoughts at the press conference: “We have started the match slow as a team. Beşiktaş Sompo Japan started aggressively.
