Isaia Cordinier Joins Anadolu Efes...
We have signed a two-year contract with French player Isaia Cordinier, who previously played for Italy’s Virtus Bologna. Born in 1996, Cordinier is 1.97 meters tall and plays as a guard.

Cordinier began playing basketball in the youth system of Olympique Antibes in his home country and made his professional debut with the same team during the 2012-13 season. In the 2014-15 season, he transferred to ALM Évreux Basket in the French Pro B League, then moved to Denain ASC Voltaire the following year. After spending one season there, the talented player returned to his former team, Antibes, where he played for three more seasons. In the 2019-20 season, he joined Nanterre, a French Pro A League team, and played there for two seasons. In the 2021-22 season, he began his first experience abroad by joining Italy’s Virtus Bologna, where he remained through the end of the 2024-25 season.

Cordinier won a championship with Antibes in 2013 and was named the “Most Improved Player” of the Pro B League in 2016.

During the 2020-21 season, he was selected to the “All EuroCup First Team” while playing for Nanterre. The following season, he won the EuroCup title with Virtus Bologna.

With Virtus Bologna, Cordinier lifted the Italian Cup in both 2022 and 2023 and became the Italian League champion in the 2024-25 season.

This season, Cordinier played 31 games in the EuroLeague for Virtus Bologna, averaging 26:54 minutes per game with 12.0 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 3.9 assists.

In the Italian League, he appeared in 41 games, averaging 23:10 minutes per game with 9.6 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 3.5 assists.
