Pablo Laso: “It’s a Team Victory...”
In the 27th round of the Euroleague Regular Season, Anadolu Efes won 92-82 against Lithuania’s Zalgiris Kaunas at the Turkcell Basketball Development Center and our head coach Pablo Laso shared his thoughts as below in the post-game press conference:

“First of all, congratulations to my team on our victory. I'm very happy because I think it's a team victory. Of course, Jordan Loyd’s shot was very important, but let’s not forget that Şehmus had a crucial shot about 30 seconds earlier that just missed. What makes me happiest is that everyone who stepped on the court contributed in some way to this win. At halftime, we talked about trying to stop Nigel Williams-Goss, and we succeeded. We also managed to shut down Sylvain Francisco, which was very important since he’s both a scorer and a creator. Azuolas Tubelis had a very good game and shot efficiently. Only David Mutaf didn’t play today, but all the other 11 players contributed to a great victory against a strong team. Last week, eight Euroleague teams lost over the weekend. We’re playing again this weekend, so while I’m very happy about tonight’s win, our focus now shifts to Sunday’s game.”
