Player Career
Born in 1995, the 1.96-meter-tall player plays at the guard position. Nick Weiler-Babb graduated from Iowa State University in 2019 and began his professional career with Riesen Ludwigsburg in the German League. After playing one season there, he transferred to another German team, Bayern Munich, at the start of the 2020-21 season, where he played for five seasons. In the 2023-24 season, Nick Weiler-Babb won the German League championship with Bayern Munich and also celebrated German Cup victories in 2023 and 2024. In the 2024-25 EuroLeague season, the successful player led the league with an average of 1.5 steals per game and was awarded the “EuroLeague Best Defender.” Weiler-Babb, who also represents the German National Team, helped Germany secure third place at the 2022 European Basketball Championship. This season with Bayern Munich, Nick Weiler-Babb played in 34 EuroLeague games, averaging 26 minutes and 20 seconds per game, with averages of 8.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 4.9 assists.
