Matthew Strazel signed his first professional contract with LDLC Asvel in 2019 at age 16 and has played in the EuroLeague for seven seasons. In his club career he has won 5 French League championships, 2 French Cup titles, and 1 French Super Cup title. The young player also finished as EuroLeague runner-up with AS Monaco in 2025. Strazel, who won a silver medal with the French National Team at the 2024 Olympic Games, averaged 9.2 points, 3.9 assists, 1.9 rebounds and 11 PIR in the 2025 - 2026 EuroLeague season.
