World Down Syndrome Day has been celebrated at the half-time of Zalgiris Kaunas match in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague at the 27th-week. Besides the players with Down Syndrome, those was taken to Lithuania by Anadolu Efes, Şule İnan and Robert Cem Osborn, also six players of Special Olympics from Lithuania greeted the audience. They scored in the competition they played between Lithuanian players in front of thousands of audiences.

A banner was opened to draw attention to Down Syndrome Assosiation’s World Down Syndrome Day; with the message of “Real Friends Don’t Count Chromozoms” and the entire audience applauded the down syndrome youngsters and the players on their feet in the event.
