Hosted by the Büyükçekmece Basketball team in the 8th-week match of the ING Basketball Super League, Anadolu Efes won the game 96-71. Anadolu Efes was ahead 45-34 at half-time of the match.
Starting the Büyükçekmece Basketball away match with Larkin, Buğrahan, Elijah, Singleton, and Petrusev, Anadolu Efes’s first points were scored by Petrusev. Larkin scored a three-pointer and Petrusev’s basket followed by Elijah Bryant’s 2 consecutive baskets to set the score table to 6-14. Larkin’s three-pointer and Elijah’s points from the free-throw line set the score of the first quarter: 16-21. Scoring 2 three-pointers with Doğuş Balbay at the beginning of the second quarter set the score table to 18-27. Buğrahan's layup with Larkin’s assist and his three-pointer with Tolga’s pass set the score table to 27-40. Larkin scored from the foul that was done during the three-pointer and our team was 30-43 ahead. Petrusev scored the final basket of the first half with Tolga’s assist and the half ended with a score of 34-45.
Starting the second half with Larkin, Buğrahan, Elijah, Singleton, and Dunston, our team scored with Buğrahan and Larkin. Singleton was stopped by an unsportsmanlike foul during a steal and scored 2 points from the free-throw line, then Larkin scored his 4th three-pointer and set the score table to 39-57. Playing well with Petrusev and Singleton in the second half of the quarter, our team was 54-74 ahead at the end of the third quarter. Starting the final quarter with Petrusev’s baskets, our young player Ömercan participated with scoring and assisting to raise the score difference. Buğrahan's assist was finished with Yiğitcan's layup and with that last basket our team won the Büyükçekmece Basketball away match with a score of 71-96.
