We hosted AS Monaco in Round 32 of the EuroLeague Regular Season and lost the game 98-93. We finished the first half of the game, played at the Turkcell Basketball Development Center, with a 53-45 lead.

Our team started the game with the lineup of Loyd, Weiler-Babb, Dozier, Ercan and Smits. Our first points came from Ercan and Smits and the third minute passed with the score tied at 7-7. After Loyd scored four points and Dozier also contributed, we held a 13-11 lead at the fifth minute. In the second five-minute stretch of the quarter, both teams traded baskets and after points from Cordinier, Lee and Dozier, we trailed 23-21 at the end of the first 10 minutes. We opened the second quarter with points from Lee and Şehmus and regained the lead 33-32 at 14:30. Following three-pointers by Cordinier, Şehmus and Swider, along with a basket from Lee, we extended the score to 47-39 at 17:30. In the remaining time, we added three more points each through Smits and Swider and went into halftime ahead 53-45.

Loyd scored our first basket of the second half and in the 21st minute, we increased the lead to 10 points: 55-45. However, we went scoreless for the next 2:30 minutes and the score became 55-54 in the 24th minute. During this stretch, Şehmus scored consecutive baskets and we led 62-56 at the 25th minute. After Loyd’s three-pointer, Lee made one free throw, while Ercan and Cordinier each converted two, making it 70-60 at the 28th minute. Şehmus added another three-pointer in the remaining part and we entered the final 10 minutes with a 73-66 lead. We began the final quarter with a three-pointer by Şehmus and led 76-68 at the 31st minute. After a three-pointer by Swider, along with baskets from Lee and Şehmus, we held a 10-point lead (83-73) at the 34th minute. After Lee made it 85-78 at 36:30, we went scoreless for the next 1:30 minutes and AS Monaco took the lead 87-85 in the 38th minute. Although we scored through Smits, Şehmus and Swider in the final two minutes, we were unable to regain the lead and lost the game 98-93.
