Defeating Spain’s FC Barcelona team in the 16th-week match in Sinan Erdem Sports Hall with a score of 86-79, Shane Larkin scored 37 PIR and selected as the MVP of the week.
Shane Larkin played for 31:12 minutes with 23 points, 7 rebounds, 8 assists, and 2 steals, and scored 37 PIR against the Spanish team. Larkin also became one of the three most scoring players of the week with 23 points and became one of the two most assisting players with 8 assists.
As known Larkin was selected the MVP of the week six times, with four of them were consecutive, and he was the first player to be selected MVP four consecutive weeks in Euroleague history. Our successful player also was selected as the MVP of last November and January.
In this season, our one other successful player Rodrigue Beaubois was selected the MVP of the week after scoring 36 PIR against Israel’s Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv team in which our team won the match with a score of 91-89.
