As part of our preparations ahead of the new season, at the VTB United League SuperCup held in Moscow, Russia, we defeated Zenit St. Petersburg, Unics Kazan and, finally, Lokomotiv Kuban in the final, in that order. We concluded the tournament as champions, becoming the first non-Russian team to reach the final and win the title in the history of the VTB United League SuperCup, and the first Turkish team to lift the trophy.

Mike James, one of our new signings, was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player.
