Ergin Ataman, head coach of Anadolu Efes, who defeated LDLC Asvel by 78-72 in the 25th week of Turkish Airlines Euroleague 78-72, shared his views as follows:
"We had a bit of a problem on offense tonight. We had a lot of turnovers, especially in the first half. Whenever we wanted to play fast to end the game early, when we went on the transition offense, we lost the ball and couldn't make it. We defended well in the first half and throughout the game. We couldn't find a solution only to Knight, so he played one of his career games. In the second half, we increased our defensive strength, we stole the ball, we closed well and we found fast-paced points. We increased the lead to 15 points with the three-pointers of Larkin, but LDLC Asvel did not quit the game, they fought until the last moment. We managed to win a game with our defense, in which we had a lot of turnovers and missed free throws."
