Our team started the match with Erten, Hollatz, Clyburn, Ercan, and Jones. The first basket of the match came from Hollatz. In the early minutes, Clyburn stood out with his scoring performance, and following Erten’s success, we led 10-6 in the fifth minute. After Hollatz’s layup, and three-pointers by Ercan and Erkan, we brought the score to 18-13 in the ninth minute. With a basket under the rim from Jones in the final minute of the quarter, we finished the first 10 minutes leading 20-18. The second quarter began with a slam dunk from Jones: 22-18. Following Erten’s points, Clyburn hit one free throw, making the score 28-30 in the 15th minute. When the score reached 39-28 in the 18th minute, coach Erdem Can called a timeout. After the timeout, with points from Willis and Ercan, we ended the first half trailing 40-35.

We started the second half with points from the Thompson and Willis duo, balancing the score at 42-42 at 22:30. In the 23rd minute, Jones scored one from the foul line, putting us back in the lead: 43-42. The 25th minute passed with the score tied at 47-47, following Erten’s points. With two three-pointers from Willis and a layup from Ercan, we increased the lead to eight points in the 27th minute: 55-47. In the remaining three minutes of the quarter, we found scores with Clyburn and Ercan, entering the final 10 minutes ahead at 59-51. The first points of the final period came from Erten at the foul line, bringing the score to 60-53 in the 32nd minute. With three-pointers from Willis and Erten, and support under the rim from Jones, we extended the lead to 13 points at 37:30: 70-57. We maintained our lead in the remaining time, and with points from Erten, Jones, Clyburn, and Willis, we won the match 79-64.
